Nosa Garrick is a distinguished legal advisor and strategist with over 14 years of specialized experience in Intellectual Property, alongside substantial expertise in corporate structuring, governance advisory, Commercial Law, International Trade, and Cross-Border Transactions. He provides counsel to a diverse clientele, ranging from emerging enterprises to multinational corporations, across sectors including finance, technology, entertainment, fashion, energy, oil and gas, and hospitality.

Currently, he serves as Senior Partner at F.A. Garrick & Co. and Head of Legal (Contract) at Ashcorp, the parent company of Ashluxe, Ashluxury, HardKova, and Zafira Perfume. His practice emphasizes commercially focused legal solutions in IP protection, enforcement, dispute resolution, as well as corporate structuring and governance advisory throughout Nigeria and the broader African market.

Nosa holds an LL.B from the University of Benin and earned the distinction of Best Graduating Student (BGS) for his LL.M specialization in International Trade and Commercial Law at Durham University. He has received international recognition, including the Intellectual Property Expert of the Year Award (2021) and inclusion in the 100 Most Influential People of African Descent (MIPAD) in Law and Justice (2022). He is also a Chartered Mediator.
