Omotayo is an adept Entertainment and Intellectual Property Lawyer with over 8 years of relevant and active experience in the entertainment industry. 

Currently, she’s the head of legal at the Ebony Life Group. A position which exposes her to working with international and local media/film companies like Netflix, BBC Studios, Sony Pictures, Film one Entertainment, Genesis Group etc.

Before joining Ebony Life, Omotayo worked with Silverbird Group as Legal Executive and had the opportunity to handle film distribution and licensing deals with international studios like United International Picture (UIP) and Sony Pictures.

During the course of her career, Omotayo confidently boasts of: Providing customized legal advice to local and international film studios and talents.

Drafting and reviewing complex film agreements that are relevant at all stages of film business from pre-production stage to post-production stage.
