How to Start

Volunteer Roles

Registration & Welcome Desk
Delegate check-in, badge distribution and first-point-of-contact support
Session Room Management
Timekeeping, mic management and delegate flow in session rooms
Legal Aid Clinic Support
Coordinating walk-in slots, managing waiting areas and assisting lawyers
Mock Trial Production
Courtroom setup, exhibit management and logistics during proceedings
Media & Social Content
Live social media coverage, photography assistance and content capture
Platform Launch Support
On-the-ground support for ELH and ACEL launch activations
General Event Logistics
Catering coordination, signage, venue setup and delegate queries

To ensure a smooth and impactful experience, we’re seeking individuals who are reliable, proactive and ready to contribute meaningfully throughout the event.

Availability

Must be available in Lusaka, Zambia from June 28 to July 4, 2026

Professionalism & Reliability

Able to show up on time, stay committed and carry out assigned responsibilities effectively

Communication Skills

Comfortable interacting with attendees, team members and stakeholders in a clear and respectful manner

04.

Relevant Interest

A genuine interest in law, the creative economy or event management
